KotobaTales is an early-stage learning tool focused on context-rich spaced repetition to help users retain knowledge more effectively. The Service may include a landing page, waitlist forms, educational content (including blog posts), and upcoming product features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

3. Accounts & Early Access

Some features may require signing up for early access or joining a waitlist. By submitting your information, you agree that we may contact you about product updates, onboarding, or beta opportunities. Submitting false or malicious information is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

• No attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (if any) or (b) $50 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KotobaTales and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
